That moment when I truly got how setup splits between initial and ongoing work
Reflecting on my journey with the pre-purchase sales and setup process, the point when it clicked for me was during the early days of onboarding when I realized how much of the setup was one-off compared to ongoing. I initially assumed every detail had to be repeatedly managed, but the training clarified that after the initial input into the database and configuration of the calling tools, most of the rest was maintained automatically via updates and the user interface. This realization took the pressure off and let me approach the workflow with a calmer mindset. Since then, I’ve felt more comfortable with how the software supports regular work after that intensive start phase. It’s this distinction between setup and daily use that really helped me understand the value in depth, long after I had signed up.
