That moment when I realized the training fits my real hours perfectly
I started with WFHI’s training a bit skeptical about how the session timings would match my actual work hours. At first, I found myself trying to squeeze the modules into odd pockets of time, which wasn’t very efficient. But after a while, I realized the flexibility was actually baked into the program design. The training modules can be completed at your pace, and there are resources available to catch up if you miss a session. This is where it clicked for me: even if you work irregular hours, you can manage to fit the onboarding and learning around your schedule without falling behind. The database tutorials and dialer demos have clear instructions and don’t require a long continuous time slot, which helps a lot. Sometimes I also circled back to certain concepts during support calls — which was nice because it reinforced key steps, even if not perfectly timed. On the downside, the onboarding could be a bit overwhelming if you try to do too much in one go, and the invoicing info can seem a bit buried in the interface until you get used to it. Still, I think overall the training genuinely considers varied working patterns, and having the telephonic support available with real people adds a comfort level that you’re not alone figuring it out. It took a bit of trial and error, but by the end I could see how the program fits real life hours better than I expected.
