That moment when I realised it kinda suits my hours
I had a vague feeling that the software and services from WFHI might not exactly match my preferred working hours. But after going through the sales and pre-purchase discussions and trialing the dialer and database features, it struck me that it actually fits pretty well. The product onboarding made it reasonably clear when certain training modules were available, and the automatic updates didn’t disrupt my usual workflow much, which I appreciated. That said, I do find that some internal schedules, like live support calls or group trainings, don’t always align perfectly with my off-peak hours. So while the overall framework is flexible enough for me, a bit more customization or clarity in scheduling would be nice. The payment and invoicing processes were straightforward, and the portal navigation felt quite intuitive too, except for a few minor hiccups figuring out some software elements on my own. All in all, it clicked for me that the tools and training can complement my working style well enough, though I’m reserving full judgment until I’m more deeply integrated with the system.
