That moment when I fully got the access setup
At first, I found the WFHI software a bit confusing because the way some features were explained wasn't as clear as I would have liked. The access controls especially seemed overwhelming at first, which made me hesitate to start using the calling tools properly. However, after spending some time going through the instructions and exploring the dashboard, there was a moment when things clicked. I understood how the database integrated with the dialer to streamline calls, which was genuinely a breakthrough in my workflow. Still, I wish the earlier steps in the onboarding process had clearer explanations or maybe some interactive guidance to avoid that initial confusion. Despite that, once I got over that learning curve, the software worked well and the calling tools were efficient. The updates also made certain processes smoother without needing manual changes. Overall, the clarity improved with use but could definitely be better at the start for new users. I appreciate the moderate responsiveness in telephonic support which also helped clarify some doubts early on. So I'd say the software has promise, but beginners might need a little patience and extra help to fully benefit.
