Going through the sales and pre-purchase steps was mostly straightforward, but I didn’t immediately

Going through the sales and pre-purchase steps was mostly straightforward, but I didn’t immediately see the logic behind the order. I was going through sign-up, the software overview, and training modules, and at first, I felt it could be more streamlined. The calling tools were introduced early, but the database feature seemed to come in late, which confused me a bit initially. Then, it clicked once I understood that the dialer and calling tools needed some setup that the database depended on. The invoicing and payment processes were clear, with no surprises, which I liked. A small reservation was about the automatic updates—they took place quietly, but at times seemed to happen when I was in the middle of work, so that could be better timed. All in all, once I pieced together the flow, I felt the steps made sense. I think for users willing to spend some time at the start, the software will definitely make sense eventually and work well with their workflows.
