That moment when confidence wavered mid-onboarding
I started the training really optimistic, feeling the onboarding flow was straightforward enough to get me up to speed. The initial modules covered the software basics well, and I was slowly getting a grip on the dialer and database features. But then some of the later lessons felt a bit rushed, especially the deeper workflow integration explanations, which made me second-guess how dependable I could be starting out. I appreciated the updates that kept popping up automatically, as that signaled active development, but the training didn't always match what the software was showing on screen. Support helped when I called, which boosted my confidence a bit, but honestly, there were times I wished the training had paused to explain the calling tools more clearly. As I worked through the week, I found myself circling back to this point - it felt like the feeling of confidence should have come earlier, but it took a while to settle. All in all, it clicked eventually but only because I was persistent, not because the training made me fully ready from the start.
