That moment onboarding finally clicked with a little effort
From the start, I appreciated the WFHI training setup, but it took me a little while to get the hang of some parts on my own. Most of the onboarding was clear and the resources guided me fine, yet the real moment it clicked was when I finally figured out how the database sync worked with the calling tools without needing extra prompts. Before that, I felt like I was guessing how some features fit together, which slowed me down a bit. The training was quite helpful, but I do think a touch more direct explanation would have made those initial steps smoother. I liked how the automatic updates kept improving my experience once I got through that hurdle. So, while I had to work some things out myself, the overall process positively shaped how I now use the software daily and I’d say the balance between guided training and self-exploration was reasonable for me.
