That moment of clarity when confidence kicked in
When I started with the WFHI training and onboarding, honestly, I felt a bit overwhelmed at first. There were lots of new tools like the dialer and the database features which seemed intimidating. But as I went through the sessions, something clicked. I began to feel like I was really gaining control over the software. The training wasn't flashy but it was thorough enough to help me understand the workflow. What made a difference for me was how the software updates automatically, so I never worried about missing out on improvements. I still sometimes question if I fully grasp every feature yet, but the steady support and clear invoicing helped reduce my worries. By the end of the onboarding, I was genuinely more confident that I could handle this remote workflow setup, even if I know there's always more to learn. That moment when things finally made sense was reassuring and kind of made me want to keep exploring the software more.
