That moment never really came

I was hopeful the training and onboarding would clarify the process for me, but frankly it never truly clicked. The labels and wording used across the software often felt ambiguous or misaligned with what I expected. There were moments I thought I understood a feature, only to realize I'd misunderstood it completely after trying it out. Instead of feeling like an intuitive system, it was a maze of terms that didn’t make much sense. I suppose the one good thing is that the training material was fairly comprehensive, which gave me something to lean on, though I wasn’t always sure if I was looking at the right parts.
