That moment I realized it wasn’t for me
I expected this software to be a smooth upgrade from what I was using before, with better automation and easier calling features. Instead, from the moment I first logged in, it fell short. The interface was confusing in ways I hadn’t anticipated, and the dialer function didn’t sync with my workflow as I hoped. Unlike my previous system, which was clunky but predictable, this one seemed unreliable and made my daily tasks more complicated. I tried to get through the onboarding training, but it felt rushed and lacked clear directions compared to what I was used to. The database feature promised seamless integration, but it barely matched the way I manage client contacts. I thought the automatic updates would fix some issues quickly, but after several attempts, they just introduced more glitches. Overall, the promise of an improved setup failed to materialize, and I’ve been left pretty frustrated with how this all turned out. It just did not work the way I needed.
