That moment I realized explanations could be clearer
Reflecting on my experience with WFHI support some time after completing onboarding, I notice mixed feelings about how clearly things were explained. Initially, the instructions and guidance were generally okay, but some details about the database setup and dialer features weren't immediately obvious to me. It was only after a few days of use that I truly understood certain elements when I encountered a problem that took me back to customer support. The phone assistance was polite but sometimes used terminology that wasn’t very straightforward, making it a bit harder to grasp the fixes quickly. Over time, I got better at figuring out the system and appreciating the automatic updates that kept the software improving without interruption. On the positive side, the payment and invoice processes were explained in a clear manner during sign-up and were simple to follow. The overall experience balanced out because while some explanations felt lacking at first, the learning curve wasn’t overly steep, and the continued support helped clarify the confusing bits eventually.
