Terms seemed clear, but reality was somewhat mixed
When I first read through the software interface and training materials, I expected the labels to be straightforward and easy to navigate. Initially, many of the terms used made sense to me, fitting well with what I'd seen in other remote workflow tools. However, as I moved into the onboarding flow and started interacting with the calling tools and the dialer, I found some confusion around certain labels. For instance, the terminology for the database features wasn’t as intuitive as I hoped; it took me a while to figure out how data was organized and accessed. This affected how efficiently I could set up my workflow. On the positive side, the automatic updates were well communicated and didn’t disrupt my work. The invoicing and payment process was mostly smooth, though a little more clarity upfront would have helped. Calling telephonic support was helpful; the representatives explained parts of the software thoroughly, but some explanations about labels felt rushed. Overall, the wording and labels in the software matched some of my expectations, but there were also moments where I had to relearn or interpret what was meant. I appreciated the directness but wished for more consistency in terminology throughout, especially in navigation and database sections.
