Terms mostly confusing, but billing was pretty straightforward
When I was initially exploring the service, the wording and labels in the interface caught my attention. Honestly, it was sometimes really hard to understand what exactly certain labels referred to in practical terms, especially in the sales and pre-purchase material. For example, terms like 'remote workflow management' and 'priority assistance' sounded good, but the actual explanation or differentiation between them was vague or repetitive. That made me hesitate a bit during sign-up. On the other hand, I will say the invoicing and payment process was pretty transparent and easy to follow, so from a financial standpoint the system worked well. I wasn’t completely happy with how the product was explained beforehand, because that could have helped avoid confusion for people new to remote tools. Still, the clarity in billing and directness there gave me some confidence to proceed. So, the sales wording often felt inconsistent or complicated, but the mechanics of payment and invoice generation were, if nothing else, straightforward and clear for me.
