Terms and labels made me pause, except for one clear part
Navigating through the software felt confusing mainly because the labeling and wording weren’t always intuitive. When I first signed up, the menu options and feature names seemed odd, causing hesitation before proceeding. For example, the database section had labels that didn’t match my expectations, stirring uncertainty about where to find what I needed. The training tried to clarify things, yet some instructions remained unclear due to this wording. However, the invoicing page was straightforward and very well explained, making that step much easier to handle. Despite generally frustrating language, this one part stood out as a positive and helped me stay engaged. Still, overall, the confusing labels lowered the experience quality and meant I had to rely more on support calls to double-check processes. Better terminology would probably make things smoother for new users in general.
