Telephonic Support Worked Well, But Response Took Longer Than Expected
I had to rely on the telephonic support a couple of times when something went wrong with the calling tools and dialer features. One time, they resolved the issue quite efficiently after I clearly explained the problem. However, on another occasion, it took longer than I hoped to get through to a meaningful response, and the communication felt a bit disjointed. The update that caused the initial problem was automatic and didn’t inform me beforehand, which caught me off guard. Overall, the process felt mixed because some parts of the support experience were smooth while others left me waiting and unsure. I appreciate they tried to help thoroughly, but more consistent and quicker communication would have made a big difference.
