Telephonic support was the only clear part
When I first signed up, I expected some kind of reasonable guidance, but really I was left to figure almost everything out on my own. The onboarding flow was confusing and there was barely any proactive communication about how to use key features like the dialer or database. Even the automatic updates never came with much detail, so I was often unsure whether something changed or if I had missed a step. I will give credit where it is due though — when I called the support line, the telephonic assistance was straightforward and relatively quick to answer, which helped at least a little. Otherwise, though, I felt they expected me to spend a lot of time troubleshooting or guessing how to proceed without real help. The invoicing and payment process was another area where support didn’t step in much, so I had to work things out myself. Overall it wasn’t the service I had hoped for, but the responsive phone support was a saving grace.
