Telephonic support was decent, day-to-day communication fell short
Reflecting back on my experience with the telephonic support after several weeks, I noticed it was the only part that consistently met my expectations. Whenever I called, the response was polite and the assistance was prompt, which was reassuring at times I needed quick clarifications. However, outside those calls, the overall communication regarding updates or ongoing issues didn’t hold up well. For example, automatic updates to the software sometimes caused unexpected glitches, and I rarely received any prior notice or explanation. Interacting with the database feature across several days highlighted how these gaps in support slowed down my workflow. The calling tools and dialer had frequent synchronization troubles, which made everyday tasks far more frustrating than needed. On the other hand, the initial signup and payment process was smooth enough to set things up quickly. Yet, after those first days, the lack of coherent, consistent communication about changes or problems made managing projects feel more complex than it should have been. It honestly impacted my overall satisfaction quite a lot, despite the good support in the moment of a call.
