Takes a while to settle into routine
Over the course of several weeks, I noticed the software behaves differently day to day. Some days, the interface was fairly responsive, while on other occasions, certain features lagged noticeably, which disrupted my workflow. I appreciated the built-in training that helped me understand the basic functions, but I felt longer daily use was needed to get fully comfortable with the dialing tools and database management. Automatic updates usually rolled out smoothly, though once they briefly interrupted my access to the calling module. Overall, I found the sign-up and invoicing straightforward and without surprises, but the telephonic support was uneven when I needed help—sometimes quick, sometimes delayed. It seemed they were still refining the process. I value the ongoing improvement but hoped for a more consistent experience across all software functions. So while some components worked well once I got the hang of them, other aspects held back seamless daily use. I think with more polish on stability and support speed, the system could be much better at sustaining efficient remote workflows long-term.
