Initially, I had some doubts about repeating steps or waiting too much to access the software features, especially the dialer and database. Us moment ke baad, software ka use karna kaafi easy feel hua and usually, the waiting time was minimal, though thoda time laga setup mein. Training videos helped a bit, but I mostly learned through actual use while browsing the database and making calls. Updates applied quietly without disturbance, which was a relief. Overall, the moment the dialer responded instantly was the turning point; till then I was thinking, will it be slow or repetitive? Lekin wo jis waqt smooth hua, mujhe laga ye software kaafi useful hai and I can continue using it.
