Switching to WFHI software finally clicked after a week
Coming from previous remote workflow platforms, I initially found the WFHI software a bit different in setup and interface, especially with how the calling tools and dialer are integrated. It took me a few days to get used to how the database feature works alongside the automatic updates, which were more seamless than I expected. What really made the experience click was when I realized how the training modules dovetailed into practical use, making accessing and managing different workflow components easier than before. The onboarding flow was more detailed but that helped me understand the software capabilities better. Compared to what I had used, WFHI’s tools offered a richer feature set, although the learning curve was noticeable. Still, once everything settled, I ended up preferring the WFHI environment for managing remote workflows with good support availability. This transition phase was critical but worth it for me.
