switching payment systems was a bit of a hassle
I’ve used a few billing and payment products before, so when I moved to this one, I wasn’t sure how it would compare. The sign-up and invoicing were pretty standard, and the automatic updates were a nice bonus that kept the system current without me having to do much. What took some effort was adapting to the new labels and the way payments were processed; it wasn’t complicated, just different enough from my previous experience to slow me down initially. It felt like I had to double-check the dashboards to ensure everything matched my hours and calls with the dialer, which made me think about how the new system tracked things. Compared to what I was using before, it’s not a complete overhaul, but I still needed that adjustment period. The telephonic support was good for clearing up confusions though, and the database feature worked smoothly alongside my workflows as always. Maybe it wasn’t as seamless as I hoped at first, but overall, the effort to learn was worth it given how well the software handled my remote work essentials.
