switched to wfhi but the moment it clicked was slow
At first I thought wfhi’s software wouldn’t match up to the previous platform I used because the interface seemed more complex and the labels were less intuitive. Initially, this made me hesitant since I rely heavily on quick navigation during calls. However, after spending more time with the training and getting comfortable with how the dialer and database features interacted, there was a moment it clicked where I realized the system's organization actually helped me track my workflow more efficiently than before. On the downside, automatic updates sometimes caused small disruptions, which weren’t an issue on my old platform. Telephonic support was helpful but took longer to respond than I expected in certain cases. Overall, the transition was a mixed bag: some frustrations balanced by tangible improvements once I really adjusted. The software has its quirks but offers solid tools once you get past the learning curve, though it took more patience than I’d initially figured it would.
