Surprisingly, Support Was Constantly There
My experience with the WFHI support team had its moments. To begin with, I was surprised to find that the telephonic support was pretty accessible, which is a plus. However, there were instances when I felt a bit of repetition in addressing my concerns. It seemed like I had to explain my problem multiple times. Yet, what I appreciated was that they were patient and willing to help, even if I had to wait a little longer than expected. To say the least, the responsiveness of the support stood out, and while it could be frustrating at times, their effort to assist was commendable. I guess I expected more streamlined communication, but knowing they were there for me made the experience better overall. In summary, while not perfect, the support provided was a crucial part of my journey with WFHI, making their presence known when needed, even if it involved some waiting.
