Surprisingly suited my odd working hours well
When I first started using the WFHI software, I wasn’t sure how well it would fit around my typical working hours, which often stretch unpredictably. I found the access quite reliable during the core daytime hours, and the dialing tool worked smoothly without lag during those times. However, outside of regular hours, there were minor delays and occasional slow response that I didn’t expect. Still, the system was mostly available whenever I really needed it, which was important for my flexible work pattern. On the other hand, the database feature synchronized well whenever I logged in, keeping all my entries updated without any issues. One area that surprised me was the automatic updates – they seemed to occur without disrupting my ongoing calls or any workflow. The sign-up and payment process went without a hitch, and I was promptly invoiced. So, while there were small limitations in late-night accessibility, the software mostly matched my requirements, making it a positive tool that I would continue using, albeit with some mindfulness about timing.
