Surprisingly straightforward training language
I wasn't sure what to expect from the onboarding training, especially because sometimes these things use overly technical language. What surprised me was how clear the wording and labels were throughout. At first, I was a bit hesitant whether I'd grasp all the steps, but the way things were explained made it quite manageable. There were a few moments I second-guessed if I was following the process correctly, but then realizing the instructions matched pretty well with what I saw on the screen gave me some confidence. The training felt more user-centered than I thought it would, which made me think I might actually recommend this to others, even though I'm usually cautious about new software.
