Surprisingly Smooth Training with Minor Waiting Periods
Starting with the onboarding process, I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the training progressed overall. The modules were well-organized, helping me understand each step without feeling overwhelmed. However, I did notice some repetition in the initial lessons, which felt a bit unnecessary after grasping the core concepts early on. The waiting time between certain interactive parts was also longer than expected, which slightly disrupted the learning flow. Despite these small issues, I appreciated the clear instructions and the gradual build-up of topics, making it easier to adapt to the remote workflows. The use of supportive calling tools during training was particularly helpful, though I wished the pacing was tighter to maintain engagement. While the automatic updates didn't affect the sessions directly, they kept the software fresh. Overall, the onboarding was effective but could benefit from reducing redundant content and optimizing timing to enhance the experience.
