Surprisingly smooth invoicing with minimal wait
I was initially concerned about the billing and payment process based on my previous experiences with similar software providers. But to my surprise, the invoicing from WFHI was much more streamlined than I expected. The sign-up and payment steps came with clear instructions and the invoices arrived promptly without needing to chase them up, which saved me time. I appreciated the automated reminders as well, so I didn’t miss due dates or have any confusion over outstanding balances. There was very little repetition or back and forth required, something I frankly did not anticipate given the complexity of software subscriptions generally. The only minor downside was waiting a short time for confirmation once I submitted payment details, but this was understandable as processing took place. Overall the billing experience caught me off guard in a good way, making ongoing management much easier than usual and letting me focus more on the software itself and less on administrative hassle.
