Surprisingly persistent glitches beyond initial setup

I had expected onboarding and training to be a smoother ride, at least after the initial hurdles. But what surprised me was how the day-to-day experience actually unfolded over the weeks following the first login. The software seemed promising at first, and the initial training sessions gave a decent overview, but once I got past those early moments, the system consistently failed to deliver the reliability I was hoping for. Features would sometimes work, then unexpectedly stall or crash, which meant I could not trust the dialer or database functions during regular hours. Despite reaching out to support as advised during onboarding, responses felt generic and did not really address the recurring technical issues. The automatic updates didn’t seem to resolve these glitches and at times appeared to introduce new complications. Having to log out and back in repeatedly disrupted my workflow, which, frankly, made me question whether the platform was designed with practical daily use in mind. Sign-up and payment were straightforward, but given the software’s erratic behavior, it feels like an investment hard to justify. I don’t want to be too harsh, but the ongoing frustrations with core functions have left me disheartened about continuing with WorkFromHomeIndia’s product, especially when I had anticipated better consistency after the onboarding training. I wish the experience had matched the early optimism, but unfortunately that was not the case for me over this period.
