Surprisingly okay when things went wrong
I didn’t expect much from the WFHI software when I faced a few glitches during setup, but honestly, it was kind of pleasantly surprising how the system handled those errors. At first, I was mildly worried my access might get blocked or that I would lose data when the dialer stopped responding briefly or the database didn’t update as expected. However, the software showed automatic updates that fixed some bugs without requiring me to do much. Even better, the telephonic support was available when I called, and they offered priority assistance that helped me avoid prolonged downtime. The sign-up and invoicing process was smooth enough, and I wasn’t stuck waiting long to get started. I was happy that despite those initial hiccups, I didn’t feel stranded or frustrated; the system and the help around it managed failure reasonably well. I wouldn’t say the software was flawless in handling things going wrong, but it did better than I thought it might. That gave me some confidence to keep using it despite those problems. The experience was short but overall a bit encouraging compared to earlier services I tried, so I am mildly interested in seeing how it improves going forward.
