Surprisingly much of the initial setup was one-time only
Starting off I thought the setup with WFHI would be a constant chore, but that turned out to be pleasantly untrue. Most of the training and onboarding was quite detailed upfront, so I felt well-equipped from early days. The one-off sessions covered enough ground that ongoing support was more about fine-tuning rather than learning new aspects from scratch. I used the telephonic support a few times after the first month, and those calls addressed specific questions rather than general confusion, which was a good sign. It was helpful to see the automatic updates rolling in regularly to enhance the database features and calling tools without me needing to intervene. In all, the initial investment in time and focus really paid off by reducing ongoing hassle. I wasn’t expecting to get such a structured and mostly one-time training process; this surprised me in a positive way. It’s definitely made the WFHI platform easier to integrate consistently into my remote workflow routine.
