Surprisingly little waiting despite heavy support needs
I had expected that dealing with telephonic support and learning the software would involve a lot of waiting and possibly repeating myself several times. However, I found that while I did have to call multiple times during the onboarding and training process, each call didn’t involve excessive hold times or repeating my issue extensively. The priority assistance I received felt well organized, scheduling callbacks at reasonably close intervals instead of long delays. The automatic updates didn’t require me to reach out to support often, which was a positive surprise because that can otherwise be a source of repetitive queries. The invoicing process was straightforward and I never had to chase them for clarifications or reissues. That said, I did notice some minor delays when discussing the database and dialer integration, where the representative needed a moment to review my account before offering solutions. This wasn’t major but it stood out compared to the generally smooth flow. I think the only surprise was how little downtime and repetition was involved given the complex nature of the product and how much I needed from support initially.
