Honestly, I wasn’t expecting the sign-up and payment parts to be super smooth but they were pretty straightforward. Figuring out what software package and training to get took a little looking around but not too much. The way the website laid out plans and descriptions helped, even if some jargon made me double-check a couple of times. It wasn’t a race to find info but definitely faster than I thought it’d be. Once I decided, entering details and getting invoices was painless, which I appreciate since that stuff can sometimes get messy. My only tiny gripe is that a few features weren’t clearly explained upfront, so I had to hunt through FAQs and emails to confirm if the calling tools worked as I needed. Otherwise, all in all, finding and buying what I needed wasn’t a big chore and I got started without downtime.
