Surprisingly intuitive software, though initial hurdles existed
Reflecting back on my time using the WFHI software, I was initially worried about how much I would have to figure out myself without constant guidance. Surprisingly, once past the initial setup phase, the software proved to be quite intuitive and user-friendly. Features like the calling dialer and the integrated database worked well together, and the automatic updates kept the system running smoothly without intrusive downtime. Of course, there were moments when I had to troubleshoot on my own, especially around customizing certain workflow automations. The training I received helped set a foundation, but much of the finer points I discovered through experimenting over time. Thankfully, telephonic support was readily available for more complex questions, which reassured me when I hit roadblocks. In the end, the self-discovery I had to do wasn’t as intimidating as I expected, and it actually helped me become more confident using the software for remote work processes. What surprised me most was how quickly I adapted to the tools and began integrating them into my day-to-day tasks.
