Surprisingly helpful but not flawless support
I wasn’t sure what to expect with how responsive the team would be, but it was a mix. They answered my initial query pretty quickly via telephonic support, which was a pleasant surprise. However, later on, while setting up the calling tools, I faced delays getting through and repeated explanations were needed. It seemed like some people were more in the loop than others, which affected communication consistency. Overall, I found the support neither frustrating nor exceptional – just a bit uneven. It did help me move forward with accessing the software, but the experience wasn’t entirely smooth. I appreciate the friendly tone but would have liked a faster, clearer response every time. For what I was doing, it felt like a reasonable middle ground in service quality.
