I was quite shocked at how difficult it was to find what I needed in the WFHI software. Initially, I assumed that everything would be straightforward and easy to navigate, but it took me longer than expected to locate certain features. Even simple things like accessing the calling tools and dialer became a challenge. I thought there would be a clear guide, but I spent a lot of time searching around rather than getting straight to work. While I did find some useful resources, I still felt the overall organization of the software could be improved. It wasn’t just the features; even simple settings felt buried under layers of options. I expected a smoother experience, especially for something billed as user-friendly. After several attempts to get the necessary help, I found myself frustrated, pondering whether it was just me or if others experienced the same. The unexpected complexity of the interface soured what could have been a great tool, and I left feeling disappointed. I definitely believe that a better layout could transform the user experience entirely.
