Surprisingly different from other trainings
When I compared WFHI's training and onboarding to others I've experienced, I was surprised by how it handled certain aspects. The emphasis on practical use of the database feature was more substantial than I expected compared to previous platforms. Despite that, some parts felt a bit slower than I was used to, possibly because of the mandatory waiting times between training modules. The dialer training was thorough, though it didn’t stray much from what I had seen before in other software systems. I wasn't expecting the replayed segments within the onboarding flow, as they seemed to cover similar ground several times. However, the overall structure made me appreciate the step-by-step care taken to ensure no features were missed. Automatic updates rolled through without much fuss, and telephonic support was accessible when I needed clarification. It’s not that the training was dramatically better or worse; rather, its surprises were in pacing and focus that differed from more rapid or differently paced sessions I've attended. I would say the experience was moderate but had some thoughtful touches that influenced my workflow.
