Surprisingly didn’t feel as lost as expected

Going through the onboarding training, I expected to feel overwhelmed at the end since there was a lot of material to cover. Surprisingly, it was concise enough to keep me engaged and confident as I progressed. The trainers managed to give a clear overview and hands-on examples which helped reduce my initial doubts. Still, some parts could have been expanded further, like the detailed usage of the database and the dialer system, which I only understood better after experimenting with the software myself. Overall, I felt ready to start using most features but with a tiny hesitation on advanced customizations.
