Surprisingly detailed but took some digging
I was expecting the software to be a bit more straightforward to navigate at first glance, but it turned out to be somewhat detailed which was a surprise. Finding exactly what I needed in the database section took a few tries because some options were buried in menus I hadn’t initially thought to check. That said, once I got the hang of the layout, the calling tools and dialer worked quite well and the connection never dropped. The sign-up process and invoicing were handled smoothly though, and payments were straightforward after the initial steps. The small reservation I have is that there should be a better way to highlight key features during onboarding, as it would save new users time. Apart from that, the software performs as intended and the support I reached out for was helpful without being intrusive. Overall, the amount of detail you get is good, just that it took longer to find everything than I expected.
