Surprisingly confusing labels made early training tricky

I was pretty enthusiastic to start with the WFHI training and onboarding process because their software seemed promising. But what caught me off guard was how some of the terms and labels in the dashboard and training modules were not very clear. It felt like they used technical words without enough explanation, and I struggled to understand what certain buttons or options actually did. The dialer setup section especially had labels that seemed off or misleading, causing some slow progress. Although the training content itself was detailed, this mismatch in wording led to confusion and slowed me down. One positive point was that the interface looked clean and the videos were well made. I expected the software to be more intuitive before deep diving into training. Overall, this made my first few days a bit frustrating, but I can see potential once you get used to the vocabulary. It was surprising because I didn’t anticipate the language barrier would be part of the onboarding challenge.
