Surprisingly confident after onboarding experience
I was not expecting to feel this comfortable with the WFHI training and onboarding process. Initially, I thought I might be overwhelmed by all the new software features and database tools, but the way the sessions were structured made me gradually more confident. The training wasn’t flashy or too pushy; instead, it was clear and steady, which helped me absorb things better. By the end, I was fairly sure I could navigate the dialer and manage calls with the tools provided, plus handle the database smoothly. There was a bit of hesitation around the automatic updates though—they seemed like they might change things unpredictably, which I’m slightly wary of. But I suppose that’s typical with software, and nothing that robust training can’t manage. Overall, I was caught by surprise at how assured I felt given my initial doubts, even if I’m not ready to say I’m an expert. It was a quietly reassuring experience.
