Surprisingly clear split between one-time setup and ongoing tasks

Before I decided to start using WFHI's software, I was curious about how much of the setup would be a one-off thing and how much would need continuous attention. It turned out that the sign-up and initial onboarding were pretty much all I had to really focus on upfront. The invoicing and payment process was smooth and transparent, which was a relief so I didn’t keep worrying about costs. After that, regular automatic updates ensured the software stayed up to date without requiring me to do much, which helped keep my workflow running without interruptions. The training provided was sufficient to get me started comfortably, and once I was past that, calling tools and the database feature worked consistently with little need for ongoing adjustments. It's not as if I was surprised by any revolutionary innovation, but I was somewhat taken aback by how much they did the heavy lifting up front while letting me concentrate on day-to-day remote work. So yeah, it was a quietly positive experience that met my expectations without hype.
