Surprisingly clear labels made onboarding easier than expected
I recently began the training and onboarding with WFHI, and one thing that really surprised me was how clear and intuitive the labels on the software dashboard were. At one point, there was a moment during the dialing setup where the label simplified a process that I had braced for to be quite complicated. That clarity reduced the need to revisit the training materials repeatedly. For the rest of the process, while the wording was mostly fine, some sections felt a bit generic and could benefit from more precise explanations or examples. The sign-up and invoice procedures were straightforward, which made it easier to focus on the training itself. It was nice to see such thoughtful wording, as it helped reduce the usual onboarding stress. Even though not every label was perfect, the surprise element of that particular clear label positively impacted my confidence using the system further.
