I had to explain the whole sign-up and training process a few times already, so honestly, I was bracing for confusion. What surprised me was how clearly the steps and features were laid out this time; not perfect, but much better than I expected. They walked me through the database setup and the calling tools smoothly, so I didn’t get lost. Still, the initial amount of information feels a bit overwhelming even after several walkthroughs. It feels like they want you to do a lot right away, which can be tiring. The invoicing process was straightforward enough, but I think a little less jargon would help new users. Overall, I’m cautiously optimistic but still a bit weary of the complexity.
