Surprising terms in sales process but overall okay flow
My experience navigating WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase process had a few unexpected moments which caught my attention. Initially, I thought the labels on packages and training options would be straightforward, but some terminology was surprising and took a moment to get used to. For example, descriptions of features like the dialer capacity and database limits were a bit technical and could have been clearer for new users. That made me slow down and really read through before deciding. However, the system guided me through each step methodically, showing clear pricing and payment methods after sign-up. The invoices came promptly and the payment process was simple enough. On balance, I was somewhat surprised at the wording but the structured walkthrough gave me comfort that I understood my purchase. It all led to a decent experience with some room for terminology clarity.
