Surprising order of support steps made things tougher
I found the way support handled the setup instructions somewhat unexpected. Rather than a clear start-to-finish guide, the communications often jumped between unrelated topics, which confused me at times. For instance, I was given details about advanced features before the basics like how to integrate the database or use the dialer had been fully explained. This made the learning curve steeper than it needed to be, especially since I was relying on telephonic support to ask questions. While the support team was patient, the sequence of guidance lacked a sensible order, making it difficult to build up my understanding gradually. The training and onboarding materials didn’t clearly rectify this either, as some parts felt incomplete or out of place. On the plus side, once I finally grasped the initial setup, the automatic updates feature worked well in maintaining system stability without further intervention. Also, the payment and invoicing processes were straightforward and didn’t add to the confusion. However, the overall experience would have been more user-friendly if the support had delivered instructions in a more logical and consistent progression. This disorganized approach was the most surprising aspect and the main reason I struggled during the early stages.
