Surprising order of steps made me pause
The sales and pre-purchase experience was a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, the initial sign-up and invoicing steps were quite clear and straightforward, which I appreciated. It felt simple enough to understand what I was getting into. However, what surprised me was the sequence in which the training and software access were granted. I expected to get full access to the database and calling tools right after sign-up but had to wait through several training modules first. This delayed my chance to try the software independently and slowed down my workflow setup. Additionally, the explanations during the sales phase sometimes felt a bit vague on what exactly was included at each stage. Support was reachable but took a while to clarify these points, which diminished my initial confidence. Ultimately, some parts of the process worked quite smoothly, notably invoicing and payment. Others, like ordering of onboarding steps, felt out of sync and less intuitive than expected. I wish the workflow and sales procedure felt more linear and user-centered rather than fragmented.
