Surprising mix of one-time and recurring setup steps
When I signed up, I expected the billing and payment setup would be mostly one-off, but that wasn’t entirely the case. Setting up my account and paying the initial invoice went smoothly and as a single process, which I appreciated. However, I later realized that certain components, like subscription fees and some service features, required ongoing payments at regular intervals, which caught me a bit by surprise. The billing system notifies you about these automatically, so that part worked well, and I was able to manage it without extra trouble. On the downside, I found that some fees for feature upgrades were not clearly spelled out upfront and felt a bit unexpected during the ongoing cycle. Overall, the balance of what needed continuous payment and what was a one-time setup task was uneven but understandable. This mixed experience is why I hesitate to rate it higher despite the mostly transparent invoicing process.
