Surprising me was the one-time setup effort
Reflecting back on my purchase experience with WFHI, I was quite taken aback by how much of the setup was a one-off action rather than something ongoing. Initially, I expected that the platform would require constant tweaking or frequent reconfiguration, considering the dynamic nature of remote workflows. Instead, the initial setup—especially for the calling tools, database configuration, and software access—was much more comprehensive and thorough than I anticipated. This gave me some relief as maintaining it day-to-day felt lighter. However, I did notice that some aspects, like the training sessions, could feel like they needed occasional refreshers to remain fully effective. The payment and invoicing process was straightforward, which was also a pleasant surprise, since those areas often tend to complicate things. While the entire sales and pre-purchase interaction was overall positive, this one small realization about the setup process being front-loaded was notable and helped me plan my workflow better.
