Surprising how training hours matched my daily routine
So, when I signed up for WFHI’s training and onboarding, I wasn’t sure how well it would fit with my actual working hours. I mean, sometimes training sessions can be too rigid or during odd times that clash with my schedule. But what was surprising was how the training modules were structured in a way that allowed me to pace myself and work around my own hours. Some parts were a bit long-winded, especially the deeper dives into using the calling tools and dialer, which I found a bit much for some days when I was tired. Then again, the onboarding flow was designed to ease you in gradually rather than rush everything at once. I kept thinking maybe the training wouldn’t suit me because of how unpredictable my day can be, but it actually matched up quite well overall. Even though I sometimes wished there was a bit more flexibility with timings, the material was available to review anytime, which helped. So, what genuinely surprised me was how my real work life and the training schedule managed to sync up reasonably well after all.
