Surprising how much I had to figure out solo
I had expected the support to guide me completely through the software setup and running smoothly, but I found myself working out a significant part of it on my own. While the telephonic support was available, many times I had to explore the dialer and database integrations myself to understand their quirks. This independence was surprising because I anticipated a more hand-holding experience given the complexity of running remote workflows. The sign-up and payment parts were straightforward, but after that, I often depended on trial and error to get the dialer to behave as I wanted. Although the software updates arrived automatically, some changes required me to adjust settings without clear guidance. This did not mean the support lacked helpfulness, rather that the overall process had gaps. In the end, I appreciate now having learned it, though some more structured assistance would have been welcome early on.
